A payment will be paid in full before any harvesting or upon the timber purchase.

One million minimum liability insurance policy will cover all harvesting options. 

All Harvesting operations will adhere to any local, state or federal laws.

MTC requires a 24-month minimum contract time to conduct Harvesting operations.

MTC and/or its affiliates will secure all the necessary permits pertaining to Harvesting operations.

MTC will pay for any necessary property surveys.

MTC will pay for any necessary easements and/or rights of way across neighboring properties.
